The percentage of 50% palm fier had bending strength 68.4 kg/cm^. Bending strength test showed variety of performance building panel based on palm fier showed that the higher the percentage of palm fier the higher the bending strength. This research used a true experimental research method conducted in the laboratory, beginning with a sampling of materials and equipments, making the building panel sample, andtesting the bending strength. Optimizing the utilization of fl ash waste and biomass such as sugar cane leaves-bagasse, rice husks and straw and palm fier is necessary to reduce volume of waste and as substitute the use of expensive building materials and non-renewable resources. Study on bending strength of composite building panel based on fl ash waste and biomass (sugar cane leaves-bagasse, rice husks and straw, and palm fier) has been performed.
